hello! i have a room for rent in my 2 bedroom/1bath apartment. i live uptown on magazine street. the apartment is fully furnished. i am looking for a clean, respectful and responsible roommate. i have a small dog who stays with me about half the time. the rent includes water, trash, and utilities. the apartment has an awesome balcony as well as a backyard/courtyard. parking is on the street but usually not a problem. i am hoping to have the person move in july 1st but could do as late as august 1st. i would prefer someone without pets. if interested, please respond with a little more information about yourself. thanks!
