hi there, i just bought my townhouse back in august and have been working on fully renovating it and although not completely done it is mostly done. (light switch covers missing in some places, outlet covers, just little finishing touches) brand new appliance through our the house, new carpeting, free range to paint your room what ever you want, two closets, private bath connected to your room, use of the livingroom/dining room downstairs and kitchen. w/d in townhouse and brand new, a half bath downstairs so your friends don't have to go through your room to get to the bathroom. also get use of tennis courts and pool. off street parking, although no reserved parking.i strongly prefer a female roommate as i get a long better with woman than i do men but i will consider anyone that can read over the house rules and agree to them as well as pay the 1300 dollar move in fee (650 for first month and 650 security deposit/last months rent). *you may be subject to background and credit check at your cost.*
me: i'm 26, gay, full time student, full time business professional, moved from montana for a boy....i was an idiot.....don't have a lot of friends at this moment so a bit of homebody but attempting to change that. i'm quiet, usually in bed (or at least my room) by 10, not a party animal nor will this house be a party house. i'm clean, respectful of your privacy. i have a 14 lb dog who's 9 and loves woman....he hates guys though...not really sure why. anyway, price is 650 with a 650 deposit due before move in(that covers, sewer, partial hoa fees such as trash removal, lawn care, use of pool, use of club house) close to route 40 and i-95. i currently have a roommate now so unable to get pictures of the room and bathroom.
