i have a bedroom for rent in my 2 br apt for 1 month. from monday until the 20th of june. possibly until the end of june, it all depends. it comes pre-furnished, you'll just need to bring your own linen (and possibly a mattress pad if you can't stand a firm mattress). at the time of move-in your month and a $150 deposit will be due. you will not get keys until its paid. cash only. i have no pets, but don't mind any dogs. you must clean up after your dog (only 1) and it must be house broken and have a cage.

the bathroom is shared. the kitchen is open and you may use it whenever you please. the rent of $500 includes all utilities , including wifi. the room does not come with a tv, or cable. the cable is only in the living room, sorry. if you wanted to add cable to your room, you must pay $50. this will take care of installation of it to your room.

last but not least, i have 2 children. 1 goes to school, the other is home with me. my kids are normal kids, loud care-free but respectful. no men come in here. (oh, we're multi-racial. hopefully race is not a factor with you, as it is not with us! ) if you have kids, please not more than 2. couples and couples with children are okay. .

i'm in new castle and very close to great restaurants, shopping and about 20 minutes from christiana mall.
