10 landing lane is the only apartment complex where you will find positive reviews online! i did a lot of research before moving here, and these apartments seem to be the only ones that anyone has anything good to say about! the bedrooms are huge (see floorplan below), much larger than most apartments, great for students and shares. the apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your move-in!
utilities are cheap: my roommate and i paid $17 this month!!! usually it's about $25/mo., because most utilities are included!! that means you would be paying $9 for utilities this month!!!!
the location is one of the best aspects: located centrally just by college ave and busch campus, it sits on the edge of buccleuch park--that means tennis courts, soccer, baseball, and trails in your backyard! walking distance to all the restaurants on easton ave, very short bike to the train station (or 30-40 min walk), and also just a few minutes' walk to the canal towpath--that's sixty miles of running/biking trail! in short, if you like to be outdoors and are into biking/running/walking, you will love this location!
