yes, this unit has its own brand new washer/dryer unit! lovely kitchen and living room setup. lots of privacy, as the two bedrooms (and bathrooms also) are located opposite each other, not next to each other. it also has a balcony with large, sliding glass doors. minutes to cook/douglass campus, which is beautifully green!
incredibly beautiful! professionally cleaned wall-to-wall carpet, just built in the last few years--not an old building like most in new brunswick!
