beautiful, like new, furnished room for rent in breathtaking upscale gated/security patrolled golf community in fh. marina and sailing club in community. marina and sc fees additional. there is a recreation center that offers membership to fh residents which includes computers with print capacity, gym/weight room, tennis, indoor pool and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, basketball, and miniature golf. many walking areas throughout neighborhood. bedroom has cherry wood furniture. twin size cherry poster bed and dresser. huge lighted walk in closet with shelving. ceiling fan with light. windows have shutter blinds for privacy. shared hall bathroom with lots of cupboard space. must have clean criminal background check, credit check and be approved. bedroom has new carpeting. still smells new. home has wooden floors and is gorgeous!! no pets permitted as there is already one nonshedding dog and a cat. must like both dogs and cats. must be patient and laid back. kitchen priviledges. if you prefer to use your own furniture this can be negotiated. there is a cable outlet and phone outlet in the bedroom as well and if you want your own phone line, this can be negotiated. absolutely no smoking. the bathroom is currently not used by anyone and has a full size tub with shower. i may rent out another bedroom in the home so if that happens then it will be a shared bathroom. driveway parking. no garage access. no parking on lawn or in road. i am female and will consider either a male or female renter. i am not a drinker but might drink socially once in a blue moon. i do not use drugs and am seeking to rent the room to one who is not a partier or substance user and prefers the quiet life without drama. vehicle is a must have. no caged animals of any kind. water and electric are included.
