about my place:
it is very spacious and has a walk in closet.
this is a 2 bedroom/2 bath and you will have your own bathroom/bedroom
the unit is 1300 sqft, has a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit which is great!
the rent includes sewer, trash, water, fitness center, internet and most of cable
if you want an underground parking spot it's $50/month but otherwise there is plenty of surface space.
i am currently living with my boyfriend and i am in nursing school at alverno college, so i go part time during the school year and work full time during the day.
i am looking for a straight female roommate, local only, who is fun, active, sarcastic, social, clean and understands the meaning of compromising.
i have pictures if you would like to see them. also this is a pet free building.
