we have a bedroom with a private bathroom for rent on a month to month basis. read allroom is in a comfortable townhouse in a nice apartment community.
you will have access to all of the amenities. pool, tennis court, fitness center, etc.
the room is upstairs so you will need to be able to climb stairs.
a queen bed is provided. the other furniture in the pictures is being sold.

we do not smoke. we prefer a roommate that does not smoke.
we do not party and do not want someone here that is going to have lots of people over all the time.
we prefer a college student or older female. no middle age or older males. its too creepy to leave my family alone at home when i go to work with an older male in the house.
we have a tiny dog that is friendly.
i drink a beer on occasion. mainly if we go eat or something.
we are a christian family and would prefer our tenant to be the same. or at least have good morals and a character that reflects a high standard of living
