my name is will capps, i have a spare bedroom to rent out in the bellevue area of west nashville (bellevue west apts). the apartment, with the exception of the room itself, is mostly furnished with plenty of room for extra stuff. the room i have to rent is twelve by thirteen with a walk-in closet and a bathroom directly across the hallway. the apartment complex is a safe one with plenty of amenities, i.e. gym, 3 pools, grills and a basketball court.i work full time and am in night school. i have a medium-sized, extremely sweet german shepherd, and both her and i are open to other animals (that are house-trained).
my last roommate was a heavy drinker with intolerable anger issues, and the room he occupied is available a.s.a.p.
