roommate needed to share 3bd/1ba home in donelson.

i am a 27 yr old female who works in the medical field as a surgery scheduler. i currently work four 10 hour shifts, w/weekends off. i do have a boyfriend who stays over a few nights a week, so would prefer someone who does not mind this. i also have a small inside dog, so must be a dog lover. i'm allergic to cats, so no cats. yard is fairly big, but not currently fenced. bedroom is unfurnished, but rest of house is. will share bathroom/kitchen/dining room etc. great house with a very quiet neighborhood. rent is $500 which includes utilities.

i am 10 min from the airport, 15 from downtown, and 20 min from cool springs/mt juliet/murfreesboro areas. close to just about everything. clean, quiet, drama free roommates preferred.

am open to month-to-month renters or up to a 6-month lease(may extend). room is available august 9th
