spacious house sits on one acre of land in a quiet, safe neighborhood in green hills. the back yard is completely fenced and has a large deck. just minutes from green hills mall, anthropologie, sweet cece's, and the bluebird cafe. belmont, vandy, and lipscomb all within 10 minutes from the house. central location provides quick access to cool springs/brentwood as well as downtown nashville. the room available has wood floors, two closets and two windows - not sure the exact measurements, but the last roommate was able to fit a double bed, futon, desk, and tv stand in the room. the rest of the house is completely furnished, you would only need to bring bedroom furniture.
we are a package deal and come with a 1 year old yellow labrador retriever. must be ok with an indoor dog. room available now through may 31, 2012. pictures available upon request.
$585/month plus utilities (usually run between 120-150 per person per month - hd cable, high speed internet, electric, gas, water).
