you would be sharing this 3 bedroom apartment with myself, 47 year old female and my boyfriend 57 year old male; we have a studio in the front of the building that we spend all of our time in; and our present roommate a 70-year-old male; he has his own room and he uses the living room. you are welcome to use the living room as well.
seeking a mature male to rent our room privately situated in our 1st-floor apartment off of the kitchen with easy access to your own entrance just off of the back porch and the bathroom is right there as well. it is unfurnished, 11' x 11', carpeted with a huge closet. there is a huge driveway so no issues with parking and there is a pretty nice little back yard to hang in. we have no problem with visitors or overnight guests but, we are old folks so no parties or parting and no drama-no acceptions!
$600 a month rent will include room, heat, hw and electric. asking for 1st, last and security of $1800 to move in right away. carpets were vacuumed and cleaned today; it's move in ready.
we have "cut the cable" in our house so if you want cable you will have to get your own. i will be adding a wifi plan that you are welcome to connect to for a small added fee to be discussed when the time comes.
