room for rent. furnished (upstairs) master bedroom with private bath. bath has garden tub and skylight. nice large three bedroom home in north nampa off birch and 11th. fairly new carpet, fully furnished room with full sized bed and new mattress (plus memory foam if you want it). nicely decorated. wireless internet connection and 32” flat screen tv included. no cable tv. no land line. no house work other than your own area and cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen. you buy your food. washer/dryer privileges. desk available for student.person should be pet friendly, i have three declawed indoor cats and one friendly yellow lab.
my granddaughter is with me regularly. i keep a clean house and have a lot of house plants. fenced yard with large vegetable garden and wild bird habitat.
i work a four-day week, 12-hour shifts. i am active and outgoing, but also like to have a relaxing home environment. my hobbies include gardening, running, pilates, wild bird habitat, reading, knitting/crocheting and i want to start painting. i also have a horse within walking distance. prefer someone who is of like mind. i like a sense of community, but privacy is also important.
must be a non-smoker, no drugs and no parties. must have integrity and good references. must be able to pass a criminal background check. month to month lease. rent is $425/month, utilities included and a security deposit of $150. room available may 1, 2010. i can have it ready earlier if it is pressing.
