i am looking for a female roommate for the 2012-2013 school year at nnu. a little bit about myself, i am a transferring female majoring in psychology and spanish. i am very laid back and i enjoy spending time with friends, exercising and listening to music. what i am looking for in a roommate: i would like someone who is responsible and is ideally a full time student at nnu. i would like a roommate who is calm during the week but likes to let loose and have a good time on the weekend and maybe someone who would like to go to the basketball games or other athletic/activities on campus. the ideal age range for my roommate would be 21-26 but willing to bend if it is a good fit. i am currently living in a 3 bd, 2 1/2 ba townhouse within walking/ biking distance to nnu; home also has a small patio and backyard/ grassy area. the townhouse is also located behind the senior kirkiede apartments and is practically in nnu's backyard. the rent would be $425/month and would include all utilities plus private high speed internet. also, the townhouse is fully furnished besides what would be your room and small decorations you might want to place around the house to make it yours. would prefer no pets since i have a well behaved small dog, which is enough for a small place. please let me know if you are interested and we could meet up to have coffee and talk. please reply with nnu email if you have one so that i know you are a student but not a must. thanks so much and i look forward to meeting you!
