i am a responsible female working professional with 1 teen daughter living at home. we also have a cat. i own a beautiful home in nampa close to the freeway and shopping. i am looking to rent one of the bedrooms to a responsible, reliable, courteous nonsmoking female with no pet absolutely no drugs and no drama.
the rent includes wireless internet, utilities, use of kitchen, laundry facilities, and a shared bathroom. no overnight guests. 325.00 per month and a $200.00 deposit. i will start with month to month. after the first month, we can talk about a longer term. the rent amount will remain the same. if you are interested, call me the number listed. i will not respond to out of state requests. i want to meet face to face prior to making my decision.
