roommate wanted, especially one who likes art.

sunny, spacious one bedroom apartment.great location, near gramercy park / union square area / walking distance to east village. beautiful surroundings, with lots of green space & trees. easy access to transportation. either 14th st or 23rd, and 2 buses across the street.

good phone number and good time(s) to reach you. thanks!

one bedroom apartment with l- shaped living room / dining room. one of us will stay in the bedroom, one in the living room. living room can be sectioned off with some type of movable divider, screen, storage towers, metric shelving,4 x 8 foamcore, or other idea. like being around creative and visual people, and especially interested to hear any ideas you might have as to what you might use to divide the space. would like someone who feels at home in a comfortable, relaxed, homey space, with a fair amount of stuff.

*****************************************************************

good price $ 925 - 950 a month as is (plus storage of $ 100-200 which will probably be needed, bringing the total to about $1,025- $ 1,150.
would like to have a maid come in once or twice a month ($50-100 more).

if you take the living room space, and don't mind sleeping on the sofa, price will probably a bit less, maybe $ 825-850, plus $100 for storage or $ 950

bedroom can use a mattress or air matress (there's already a good box spring), and carpet.

ideal roommate is international, as i like international people and cultures especially italy, germany, argentina, austrailia and japan.
like students / creative types (parsons, pratt, nyu, fit, nyu dental are all nearby).

if you would like help learning english, i can offer this as well (or independently), as i’ve worked and traveled to 28 countries.
may also offer some meals. i like italian, and can cook a world class lasagna

prefer someone with a fairly regular schedule.

1,500-2,000 security deposit.
prefer non-smoker. non-smoking apartment, but can smoke downstairs,
or maybe ocassionally in the kitchen.

please tell me a little about yourself how long would you like to stay?
a little about background. where you are from.
also get a kick out of astrology. optionally, please provide birthdate (but not year). this is the way they matched us for roommates in college, and it worked pretty well.

rough schedule during the week . wake up? / sleep (preferably by 1130 pm – 1 am during the week)
