i am looking for a female to take over my lease ending july 2015. university village offers a shuttle service to ccu and hgtc and is only 3 miles from ccu and hgtc. there are also many amenities that the complex offers. the room would be available in mid-october. the room is one of three in the unit and comes unfurnished, with its own bathroom in the room. the roommates are two females that are very clean and keep to themselves. this environment is ideal for a someone that doesn't like a lot of noise or people coming and going all the time. cable, internet, water, and electric are included in the rent payment. please feel free to contact me if you would like to see the unit or with any other questions.
