mom and twenty three year old daughter (grad school student) currently rent a three bedroom 2.5 bath apartment in myrtle beach and are seeking someone to rent the third bedroom. it is furnished with a full sized bed that can have storage bins underneath, has a double window, a closet and is carpeted. all utilities included as is access to living/dining area, laundry and kitchen. the complex has a pool and is close to the beach.
mom gone all day working at conway medical center doing patient registration and daughter gone most of day working and school.
having a 3 bedroom 2 bath home built close to coastal carolina university to be completed october /november an you are welcome to join us there. rent and utilities and home usage the same.
