hi there, well my current roommate of over a year just notified me that she is pregnant and will be moving out by september 15 so i am on the hunt for another fantastic roommate.

no couples, no children

i prefer someone who is drama free, likes animals, is drug free and knows how to clean up after themselves. must have their own transportation, a job and be okay with sharing a home with animals. i have a golden retriever and two cats. i would consider allowing a pet depending on breed and temperment.

i am 35, i own this home and take great pride in keeping it maintained. i am a huge dallas cowboy fan, i volunteer at a horse farm on the weekends where i keep my two horses. i like to have dinner parties with friends, and having a friendship with the person i rent to. no hoaders, no socially challenged individuals. if you are interested, let me know.
