hi, i hope i am not to late for you.my name is aurora and i am 34 years old. currently working at a financial company and shortly be back to school. i am the only roommate you will be living with, plus my two cats. the room available right now, this will be the master room with it's own bath and walking closest and if you want the cover port for parking. the rent is $450 a month with no deposit, pets (dogs or cats) are welcome, it's hard to find places that accept pets and this one does. utilities are really low somewhere between $60 to $65 (gas,electricity and internet), if u need washer and dryer at the place, there's are hookups or u can rent from the complex or use the laundry amenity. you can find pictures of the place on my profile, if you don't have access to them, contact me by e mail and i'll send them to you. if you like the place, please respond asap.i hope this is a great match for you. thanks for your interest. the place is just one block away from the fashion place mall in murray.
