rooms for rent! please read entire description before contacting me.beautifully remodeled european house in murray. two basement rooms for rent $600.00 each a month this includes utilities (gas, power, and internet) ). i am looking for two mature, hardworking, responsible, and dependable individuals to move in to the vacant rooms. i would even accept a couple with no children to rent out the basement to for $800 per month utilities included (gas, power, and internet). all individuals must be employed and agree to a criminal background check.
the house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 living rooms and a shared kitchen. it is located in a nice, quiet and beautiful neighborhood close to shopping, many restutants and it is about 20 minuets from downtown and most any where in the salt lake valley.
