after two years, my roommate is moving out at the end of july and i need to replace him. it is an apartment complex directly across the street from mtsu. the rent is $345.00 a month and includes water. power and internet/cable (the cable/internet is in my roommate's name and will have to be reestablished) generally come to around $110 a piece (mid-winter and mid-summer months that my go up by as much as $50 a piece). the place is clean, safe and quiet. you would have your own bathroom. there is a nice porch. the complex has laundry facilities and a pool. there are convenience stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance. the neighbors are almost never home and never complain. overall, it's a nice place. to restate, total bills are around $450 a month, on average. pets are okay, but they will charge you a large, nonrefundable deposit.who i'm looking for: i don't care about your age, gender, race, religion, past times or background. all i care about is if you pay your bills and respect my privacy. ...i mean, i guess it would be nice if you didn't deal drugs or perform black magic, but over all, i'm just looking for someone responsible that i can get along with.
about me: i am 45, divorced and employed. i do go out occasionally, but almost never have guests outside of my girlfriend (she's super nice and has her own place, so there's no drama there). i only smoke outside and am actually trying to quit. i'm not a slob, nor am i a neat freak. i am a part time writer, and as such, spend much of my free time in my room, on my computer.
