i'm moving to california for the summer therefore i need a sub-leaser for the upcoming summer of 2012.

the room is extremely spacious and comes with it's own vanity and sink. the rent is typically $300 but i'm willing to pay the extra $50 so it would be $250 a month.

the lease would run from may to beginning of august. all the utilities are included besides the electric which typically runs at $15 a piece. there are 2 other roommates but only one, a female, will be staying here for the summer as well.

it's an extremely nice apartment and is located only a few blocks from the village.

there is also a washer/dryer, pet friendly (with deposit) and plenty of parking.
