- i'm am gainfully employed as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach.
- i do not smoke/drink and i would prefer a male roommate that is a nonsmoker.
- i am looking for a clean, respectful, financially stable and trustworthy male roommate between the ages of 18-30 (no couples, no children, no smokers and no pets).
- proof of employment/income may be required.
- references from previous landlord(s) and roommate(s) is a plus.

- this is an off-campus bsu townhouse in the quiet and safe scheidler community.
- off-campus residency requirement: any bsu student, at least junior standing (or at least 57 credit hours completed) or 21 years or older.
- the bsu housing office requires of each roommate: a signed lease (with an end date of may 31, 2013), a $300 security deposit, and proof of rental insurance.
