here's some info about the apartment:
i am looking for a female to take over my lease. the lease goes until august 2016, but it can be renewed. the apartment is 3 bedrooms and is shared with one other girl, and the last bedroom is empty. each bedroom has its own bathroom. rent is $409/month. this includes all utilities, except electricity, which averages about $40 a month. the apartment is fully furnished with couches, tv, entertainment center, beds, dressers, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, island with barstools, and washer & dryer. the apartment also includes free internet and cable tv. there is also a pool, sauna, tanning beds, business center, clubhouse, and weight room that you are free to use. you also can paint/decorate your apartment as much as you want. i have painted the room already (as pictured) and can keep it painted if you would like, or i can paint it back to neutral colors. you definitely get your money's worth at this apartment. email or text me if you are interested!
