my brother and i are looking for a responsible, laid back person to share an awesome 3 bedroom apartment with at twin ridge apartments. the apartment is 1320 square feet and has it's own washer and dryer. the community has tennis courts, a swimming pool, and fitness center. cooking gas is not a utility we would be responsible for, just electricity and heating gas. water, sewage, and trash pickup are also paid for by the community. we do have a miniature schnauzer and we are open to having another small dog (under 20 pounds fully grown). my brother and i will be responsible for the extra rent for our dog. i will be taking the master bedroom and paying extra to get the remaining rent to 1000 dollars a month to be split between my brother and the other roommate. we are preferably looking for someone between 21 and 30 but we are willing to make exceptions depending on the person. there is a security deposit of 500 dollars split three ways. if this sounds like the opportunity for you, e-mail, text, or call me. my name is matthew
