this is an at will living arrangement. i am looking to fill one vacant room inside my home. located in mt. washington.bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, and closet.
house is a 2 bed, 1 bath, living area, kitchen, and an unfinished basement.
all appliances shared. washer and dryer included.
must be pet friendly, but have no pets. i have 1 dog and 2 cats, and am not looking for any further pets in the home.
must not have children, but be child friendly. there are no children living on the premises, but i do babysit during the summer.
no untrustworthy guests.
no extended guests.
no parties.
no hard drugs.
no smoking in the house.
500$ deposit refundable.
not refundable for damaged property or missing rent/utilities.
i reserve the right to evict for any reason with a 30 day notice.
must give a 30 day notice before departure.
must have means of transportation.
roommate is responsible for 300$ rent plus utilities. utilities usually run an additional 100$ to 160$. utilities include lg&e (electric), water, windstream (internet), and rumpke (trash pick up).
rent is due on the 1st of every month
utilities are due on the 15th of every month
