nice sized room for rent with large closet ten minutes across va/nc border. access to the rest of the house including living room, kitchen, laundry room and garage for storage. all house utilities are included: electric, water, cable tv and wireless internet. food is not included, but some meals might be shared. large backyard and deck. the bath will possibly be shared in the future, but is private for now.we are a family of four with two indoor/outdoor dogs and one cat. we prefer a non-smoking, non-drinking, easy going individual to share this house. the room is available now for month to month rental.
