we have a spare 11x8 ft unfurnished bedroom for rent in our 3 bed one bath home in mount vernon, illinois. rent including utilities will be $400 per month paid monthly or bi-weekly payments. first months rent will be due on the date of move-in.rent is negotiable. lgbtq friendly. this will be a shared home situation, with a male 25, female 23 and our toddler. pets are fine as long as they get along with our child, and our cat. we have charter internet with wi-fi available, if you want cable you will have to pay for it. you will need to show proof of income, and have personal/landlord references available. we will be doing criminal background checks for the safety of us and our child. the home has central heating and air, although the air conditioner is currently not functioning, it will be fixed with first months payment. we have a washer and dryer in the basement, also have non-street parking. any other questions please send me a pm to set up a visit to see if your interested!
