(very flexible on that date) it's a two bed, two bath in mount pleasant, right off of highway 17 and anna knapp blvd. lease lasts until april with the option of renewing. i love living here, but i'm moving to arizona, so definitely needing a subleaser :) my roommate will be staying. she's 28, really easy to get along with (we didn't know each other before and are good friends now.)

looking for a female roommate in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in hibben ferry apartments off anna knapp blvd. looking for someone who is professional, mature, clean and respectful of shared spaces. preferably in mid-20s to early-30s. spacious, furnished common area and kitchen! i have a used dresser and night stand i can throw in for free if you'd like. location is in mount pleasant just 7-10 minutes from downtown, i-26 and i-526. $5 uber from coleman blvd. & around $7-10 to king st. (when not surging). this unit is a second-floor unit, hardwood kitchen floors, carpeted bedrooms; fireplace, washer/dryer, ample parking, pool, tennis courts, crabbing dock, porch area. kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and range. rent is $613/month. utilities not included. electric, internet, and water average $100 per person depending on the time of year. no smoking, no drugs.
