beautiful room for rent in gorgeous 3,100 square foot, 2 year old home in upscale providence area.couple looking for responsible person. no smoking in the house but outside is ok. this house is beautiful with entertainment center in living room with 55" lcd tv, with playstation 3, xbox 360, and wii, 7.1 surround.
huge kitchen, free high speed fiber internet (15 mbps, with ethernet port in room as well as wireless), dish network satellite with platinum subscription included.
area is ideal! includes walking trails, access to 3 swimming pools including an adults only pool, 2 minutes from huge providence shopping mall, 3 minutes from i-40, 20 minutes from downtown (12 miles on i40).
this is a must see.we are a professional laid back couple.
