hello, my name is duane. i am on a fixed income and need a roommate to help me pay my mortgage and lot rent.

i have a room to rent with a private bathroom, which can be furnishedif you need. rent would include utilities. you would also get your own fridge. i do smoke inside but can be respectful if you don't want me to smoke around you. no pets would be allowed, but i do have a cat.

i own a mobile home that is part of townsedge terrace, which is a very quiet community where everyone keeps to themselves. there would be a $35 application fee for the park, in which they would run a background check.

i am not picky about a roommate as long as they are respectful. i am easy going and live a quiet life.
