hey there! my name is melissa and i am a recent unc graduate. i moved to morrisville after graduation to continue working at my current job, but i have a new career opportunity that will be taking me out-of-state. therefore, i am looking for someone to take over my lease for a room at camden westwood apartments. the lease runs until the end of may with the possibility of renewing (totally up to you).

the room is pretty big, has two closets and your very own access to the main bathroom (technically all yours). the rent includes wifi, cable and valet waste. other utilities will be split between the two tenants and usually runs about ~$50 per person. the apartment is 10 mins from rdu, 15-20 mins to ncsu and 25 mins to downtown raleigh. there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area.

your roommate is also a 27 year old unc graduate and young professional. she is very friendly, generous and respectful. netflix and wine is her thing haha. overall, she is a great person to have as a roommate.

the common areas in the apartment are furnished and kitchen is well equipped. i am also selling the furniture in my room so if you're interested then we can also discuss that. please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions concerning this room or if you're interested.
