-private room available is small 12' x 9', front of house, 3 standard windows + storm windows, furnished.
-share all fully-furnished and equipped living room, kitchen, bathroom w/tub/shower, porch, and yard.
-resident willing to share w/male or female, currently one female (25) and one male (28).
-quiet hours after 9 pm negotiable.
-overnight guest: 1 night, occasional only, with notice to all residents.
-respectful gentleman-owner living separately in ground floor unit.
(gee, sorry, no pets).
(outdoor smoking only).
*$850/mo. all utilities included:
-baseboard heat, hot water, a/c, electric, cooking gas, water, sewer, waste collection/recycling, optimum premium cable, hi-speed wired/wireless internet.
shared space:
-eat-in fully equipped kitchen pantry, w/ dishwasher, gas stove/oven/broiler, mw, toaster, toaster-oven, a/c, new refrigerator.
-bathroom w/large tub and shower.

-15-25 min. walk to morristown green, whole foods, nyc trains.
-safe street parking within 1 block all hours and days.
-5 to 10 min. drive to rt. 10, 24, 124, 287, 80
-lease is a standard, nj month-to-month rental agreement.
-resident may vacate with 30 days notice.
-owner will give at least 60 day notice. (except non-payment of rent: 10 days).
- 1.5 mo. security deposit of $1275.
-common courtesy/shared-living agreement minimizes conflicts.
-send email with something about you and desired move-in date range.
