this beautiful room is located in a new development in morgan hill and comes with a bed (bedding not included) and private full bathroom. it really is a new room. the town house was just built 2 years ago and no one has used this room yet! it is in a tri-level town house and is on the second floor. it has 10foot ceilings so it gives it an open/big feeling. directly across the hall from the room is the washer/dryer. the room also has a beautiful view of the mountains and gets lots of sun during the day! the grounds have a pool/ hot tub, basketball court, and playground. it is a minute away from highway 101, restaurants, anderson lake, walmart, target, gas station, and starbucks. i'm looking for a quiet, responsible, professional person to move in. there is currently myself and another woman in the house. no pets, drugs, smoking. rent and deposit is $700 (includes utilities) on a month to month basis with access to the kitchen and wifi.
