i am looking for a responsible respectful roommate with a good sense of humor. the room and house is carpet. new paint and high efficiency windows throughout home. wifi in home. bathroom is shared but went to ikea to make it functionable for multiple roomies sharing it. it looks nice so don't worry people it is all about organization. my daughter is in bed by 9pm so please listen to your youtube or movies on headphones. there is a pool outside so you can relax. the kitchen cabinets are shared with community pots pans if you don't have your own. fridge shelving is marked so you know where your stuff is. laundry is first come first serve but no laundry after 10pm on school days. no pets, smoking, drinking in home. if you are interested hit me up. looking for female roomates.
