$600 includes utilities.a room on the top floor of my townhome (3 levels) is available for rent. the two rooms are about 13 x 13 (one is slightly larger than the other). the elementary school for this area is laytonsville elementary which is highly ranked. there is a full bathroom on the top level as well that will be shared.
the main level consist of a half bath, living area and kitchen/dining area which we would be sharing.
cable and internet are available. washer and dryer are onsite in a seperate room on the 2nd floor. one parking space is available.
the location of the home is a corner/end unit town home off of east village and harbor tree rd. the closest metro is shady grove and the ride on stop is 20-30 feet from the house.
there is a small park within site and a basket ball court and baseball field within walking distance (2 blocks).
damascus, laytonsville, olney, rockville, gaithersburg are all within a 20 minute drive. the icc 200 is close by as well as 270 via 370. safeway and giant are the closest grocery stores. washintonian/rio dowtown crown is about 15-mins drive. close to the airpark in gaithersburg. a lot of great restaurants and shops close by.
