this posting is for a single, private room in a cute, two-story house in southeast modesto. it's in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes drive from johansen high. there are four of us living upstairs in this house. the room is a decent size, with a double-door. it has it's own, private bathroom, just outside of the room, in the hall.

the room is $450/month (with a private bathroom). it is available starting june 1st, and would be rented month-to-month. there is also a deposit of $250. the room is non furnished (except for a desk that's currently in the room).

we also split the utilities evenly, regardless of use. this includes gas, electric, water, garbage, and cable/internet. i think it will probably be about sixty or seventy dollars each month per person. we usually just get all of the bills and then i add them up and divide them by how many people live there and then i let everyone know how much it is.
