this is an apartment to relet opposite the university of south alabama. the apartment offers a private locked bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living area. it is a co-ed apartment and there are three other roommates two of which are students and one that is in full time employment. there is a deposit on the apartment, however if you have good credit or have a guarantor with good credit this can be waved. we are looking for someone to relet this space as soon as possible.

as this is a relet you will be taking over our contract until the end of july 2016
