looking for a roommate for the 2011-2012 school year. i have an upcoming lease for a 2 bedroom apartment at the greentree apartment complex off of airport blvd, just a few miles from the university of south alabama.

i ask that you split the rent 50/50 with me, and split half of all utilities (cable/internet, power, water), which brings the monthly total to $350+half of utilities (which will probably be around $125 additionally). the security deposit will be $200.

i am asking for someone relatively organized who cleans after themselves and is responsible. i require someone who is at least 22 years old, and preferably a graduate student (or a student who is relatively quiet and not into partying too much). the roommate is responsible to provide furnishings for their bedroom (11' x 13') and i will provide furnishings for the rest of the apartment. the apartment is nearly 1000 sq feet, has hardwood floors in the living and dining room, and carpet in the bedrooms. we will share a bathroom.
