my home is located off hillcrest road, minutes away from the university of south alabama and cottage hill shopping center.

the room i offer is furnished but if needed i can remove it so that you can bring your own. a full bathroom will belong to the renter alone. the house is in exceptional condition, fully furnished, with comfortable couches, tv+surround system, wi-fi/ethernet, a fully furnished kitchen, and washer and dryer.
smoking is ok on the back deck, which includes a grill, and a table with chairs. the third bedroom is an office/study room.

my roommate is a student or professional, and i require a background check which will cost $10, and will be deducted from the first months’ rent.
the home is drug free and the lease agreement will include a drug clause. the minimum rent period is three months, and the maximum six.

i am easy going and hardly at home due to a m-f job, full time classes, and a part-time job on weekends. the shared space has to be kept clean so everyone can enjoy it.
