i am renting the partially furnished basement in my 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. if you need the furniture removed, i can also make that happen. the basement is very light and has multiple egress windows. the house is within biking distance to the u of mt, and walking distance to southgate mall, and the grocery store in central missoula. washer and dryer are onsite.i expect a tenant to clean up after themselves and respect the shared space. i expect first and last month's tent and a signed lease.�
the house is a shared living situation with the basement space for the renter. i live upstairs with my dogs, we would share the kitchen, and backyard. the downstairs includes a bathroom and living area.�
included with the space is parking, laundry, fenced in yard with outdoor space. rent is $650 with utilities included, i am willing to discuss adding a dog, and expect first and last month's rent. although i prefer a longer lease i would like to start with month to month to ensure we get along together.
