12' x 10' unfurnished room for rent in quaint 2 bdrm, 1 bath home with yard, large storage shed and private driveway. less then a 5 min. drive to usd & 2 min drive to fashion valley mall.will share home with my boyfriend charlie(32) and i, kristina(30). we both are pretty laid back people & love making new friends! on our off time from work we often play video games or watch our favorite shows. i also love to cook! smile emoticon full house privileges!
we have no pets, the dog in the picture is our current roommates and won't be there. we do allow dogs and cats! no pet deposit!
we have a washer & dryer in a separate laundry room. home has 3 different entrances, one in living room, laundry room and kitchen.
