i am a active 23 year old young professional and soon to be grad student. i moved here may 1 and live in temporary housing. i graduated from psu with a degree in mechanical engineering but i am defiantly not a nerd. i will be going back for my mba next spring online. i enjoy all things outdoors and workout regularly. i have lived with 12 different roommates in the past 5 years all of whom would vouch for me being a respectful and fun person. if i put up with some of those characters i'm sure we would be fine. (assuming you haven't been in jail or dress like marilyn manson. haha)
i am looking to share a place with a cool individual in northern mishawaka near the mall and nd aka stuff to do. i am looking for a roommate that has a chill and friendly personality. i am interested in sharing a 2 bedroom apartment where we would split $700 or more for a nicer place. there are plenty of really nice apartments around. i did my research and we could move into one asap. i may end up with a girlfriend so you would need to be ok with me having a overnight guest at some point. i would like to live in a place that is well kept. i'm pretty chill and stuff doesn't bother me much. i'm looking to live with someone who doesn't mind going out and being social once and awhile. my job is demanding so i like to kick back. i am 85% clean and organized. i am very handy and personable. i do my half of cleaning around the place and will go out of my way to help a friend. please get back to me asap if you think you are up to par. thanks!
