beautiful room with three windows in a spanish mission style house in the heart of the whittier neighborhood. the room has three windows with one overlooking the spacious backyard. the house is truly an architectural gem located just two blocks from eat street, six blocks from the wedge co-op and four blocks from the minneapolis institute of art. there is a wonderful front porch on a quiet and safe street. i am an artist and i have my studio in the lower level of the house and occasionally teach mosaic and painting classes. no smoking or pets. the room is furnished with a full bed, two dressers and a chair as well as a nice sized closet. if you would like to use your own furniture in the room, that can be arranged. dependable, quiet, friendly woman preferred.
