my current roommate can no longer afford rent. i'm looking for someone to take her spot from january 1 - august 31, 2016. i love this apartment! it's huge, in a great location, right on the bus lines, and has free off-street parking! your bedroom is huge with a large closet. all of the carpet is brand new and there is also a dishwasher! laundry is on-site, $1.75/wash, $1.50/dry. i'm a young professional who is pretty quiet, but would love to live with someone i can get along with! i'm 22, love baking, hanging out with friends, exploring the area, going to new cafes, and watching way too much tv. all i ask is that you be respectful, close to my age, and not a loud crazy person. :)
