i have two empty rooms, an entrance, and a bathroom in my house for the right housemate. i prefer someone my age which is around 50 years old.one room is a nice bedroom and the other is a nice living area, office or art area. both rooms have two windows, fresh paint, ceiling fans and new carpets. the rooms are adjoining and next to the semi private bathroom.
included is a small storage shed available on the north side of the house, it is about 6x6 and visible from the windows in both rooms.
rooms are partially furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstands, a lazy boy chair and many shelves and bookcases. more or less upon request.
the utilities are split equally making the total monthly payment approximately $1000. the utilities include a house phone, wired or wi-fi high speed internet service. direct tv (minimal service), electricity, gas, water, sewer and garbage.
i'm asking for the first month, $750, and partially refundable cleaning deposit of $250 at move in time and will take payments on the last month payment over several months. i do require a standard application and rental agreement to protect us both. recent rental and personal references required.
dogs or cats are okay with additional deposit, must be quiet and well kept after. i have two outdoor cats and two very large dogs. if you are afraid of dogs or just don't like them, then this is not the place for you! service animals are always welcome with no deposit.
the nearest bus stop is several blocks away. off street parking available. the street is not a through street so very little traffic and it's mostly slow traffic.
ommp or recreational marijuana (420) use is no problem so long as you stay within the law. no unreasonable number of people coming and going; harder drugs are not welcome.
cigarettes outside only. proper clean up is expected.
