we both work m-f as professionals. we have two cats who are very fun. we do not want alcohol in the house as we don't drink. it's a good house with a yard, garage and backyard. the room is small (about 12x10 feet) so the rent includes utilities, internet and cable. we have a washer and dryer. there is only one bathroom but there are two sinks. we are laid back and enjoy life. we both like to cook and are not home all the time. looking for someone who works as well. we don't smoke but you can smoke outside. give me a call if you're interested. email me if you'd like pictures too.
