- 32 and child age 7, female
- we have no pets but yours are welcome (there's a pet rent)
- common areas neat and clean for the most part (no perfection)
- vegetarian, prefer share with vegetarian
- interests: yoga, swimming, playdates, netflix, libraries and parks, 420, the pursuit of intellect
the deal:
rent: $600 month (util included), $150 deposit
