i have a 3br 2ba single wide mobile home that me and my fiance' live in. we are in our 20s and are pretty quiet and laid back. the rent posted 450 is all bills, though food is not included or other things like pay per view etc. food can be included for 500 a per month, there is a $25 background check required by the community for all people that live here.. we would like to meet in person for at least one hour to make sure we could live with you. we just ask for quiet people who will not have people in and out of our home all day every day. the home has central heat but no air so a window unit air conditioner would probably be a cost you would need to factor in. the community maintenance offers window unit installed for the season for $100.the room is about 8x10 and has its own bath, though not connected directly to the room. high speed internet with 75mbs down and cable with all movie channels -showtime are included. the community is quiet and gated. there is a swimming pool and an inlet for all to use. bus stops during the season are right out front. there is a popular boat landing about 3mins away by car, so walking distance.
no security deposit required but i do want rent upfront before anyone moves in, and it will be due that same day every month unless otherwise requested.
